Coach Sibusiso focuses on teaching his boys to work hard, have good behavior, and love God, making it a priority to go to church together on Sundays. Noodsberg Baptist Church (linked with Westville Baptist church) is working towards becoming a support system in the community. Isiseko Imara has established a soccer program within the township to provide mentorship opportunities for young boys and girls.
